Degrees of Resiliency: From call control to applications to bandwidth, our platform is flexible. Call control is delivered on-site and can failover to the cloud. Applications are primarily in the cloud with optional on-site redundancy. Bandwidth failover and aggregation can be delivered on any two or more circuits; they don’t even have to be from Activo.

Scalable: As your business expands, you need a phone system that is the right size. Activo Cloud Voice is highly scalable, providing ideal systems for small businesses up to large enterprise organizations. It’s easy to add employees, devices, and locations. Activo Cloud Voice can expand and contract with your organization’s needs.

Cellular Bypass: This option lets users cost effectively make and receive calls from both corporate and personal mobile phone numbers by automatically selecting the best network (Wi-Fi or cellular) with fast and automatic network handover, to optimize cost, call quality and battery life.

Mobile Workers: Activo can program your system to immediately divert calls to cell phones and off-premise computers which will operate as if they are part of your corporate phone network, appearing seamless to outside callers. Also available are separate desktop phones that can be connected from any Internet-enabled location and appear as part of your phone network. Softphones and remote teleworker phones provide feature transparency for the remote worker.
